Sir,
I am having 2 loans with HDFC Bank, the loan details is attached.
During last for months I was running in hard time with no fixed monthly salary, for which I visited the bank with an application to allow me some time for repayment of loan emi. But they rejected the application. And levied a 1062 @ 531 x 2 emis and 1115 for just a late payment of 8 days.
Also, for foreclosure, I went to bank, but every time they are having lunch time, manager is on leave today or keeps me visiting counter to counter.
Even being the Indias top Bank, it doesn’t have a toll free number, and the number given on their website is currently out of service or is not a toll free. For any queries they divert it to their robot called “EVA” which just replies with a predefined messages.
In early days also, they have deducted so many Rs. 531, for delay of emi payment and also in the name of minimum amount for credit card expenditure which if calculated since 2016 will amount nearly to 1+ lakhs…..
Also, its the bank, who forces us to take creditcard/loan with lucrative offers, and keeps on insisting.
Consider the application and do the needful please.
