i took loan from Kredit bee before few one month and suddenly lost my job i always pay my emi on or before time but this time I am not able to pay my emi i mail them and also tell them on call i dont have single rupaya i struggle for my food and regular expenses also so i want some extention period and it’s also mentioned in rbi guidelines if someone not able to pay the emi and he ask for extension period so he has a right to get the extension period but they refused and every day they send me thread msg and also Harras me do something please i dont know how to handle this situation because I don’t have money for pay emi
