dear sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter on behalf of my father Sri Bimal bera.
We have DTH connection of Tatasky service. One day there was a phone call to registered phone number that there is an offer in English channel pack first 5 day it will be absolutely free.
They forced to my father, he don’t know english at all.
He deny to activate the English pack, but they keep on try to built the pressure to activate the same. And my father deny to activate.
After some days he found his TV recharge is exhausted before the monthly subscription.
He informed me, I logged a complain against settop box ID 1303986036.
They totally not agreeing to return back my amount.
They are telling that from our end we gave them permission to activate the pack.
When I asked them to show me the proof, they refused directly.
It’s my humble request to you that please look into the matter and take action against them.
My father is innocent person, he don’t know about all this. My question is Why customer care from Tatasky insists person to do all this.
