I get Paytm sound box from one of executive Rahul. In month of November 2021 I think after that I don’t want that sound box many times I call to Paytm customer care didn’t get any respond from them many times executive come and give another QR code and said sir please keep this. This is part of our target and they go after 2 months sound box having some problem and the sound box remain close after two or 3 months I close my shop and there is not taking any payment from customer on that box around 5 months and till date but Paytm sound box charges will show in rental expenses. In this case I get call from many executives for sound box I return this box to company but till date my account didn’t close and rental amount show in my expenses in my account
