Hello this is ragini motiray. I had apply for correction in name and address on driving licence. agent charged me 1400/- for it and apply only for name change and give me receipt of rs 466/- as per RTO rules. This complain is against lakshmi xerox and stationary located in vajira naka borivali west opposite SBI Bank. As per RTO only 500/- charge is applicable
