I had requested to release may excess paid amount and I had also enclosed the cancelled cheque and bank statement.
I had received reply from airtel and given me a date for refund the money in my account till 22.10.18 and Complaint no. but today when I have call on 121 than he reply to me complain number had closed in airtel end so send a fresh mail to Airtel for request.
Please tell me I am fool.
Please give me my refund money Rs. 3075/- otherwise I will be go in consumer court with all mails copy.
