On 26 Nov 2023 morning in WBBL League match I was suppose to join small league of Rs. 5 only but due to the Real11 app technical issue automatically the team was joined with Rs.500 entry that was not joined manually by me ….here there is no my fault it’s app problem that made lose me this Rs. 500 without my interest….i urged Real11 for considering my request to please initiate my refund of this Rs. 500 entry contest without my interest & consent, I was app technical issue made this act , I am unable to bear this loss I am worried ……Real11 is denying for this refund and not considering my request … please help me serving me justice 🙏🙏😭
