Against oyo rooms. I paid full amount still the hotel denied me any rooms. On being asked as to why did they not tell me or cancel the booking. There straight reply was that talk to oyo. I called oyo and the representative replied that I can create another booking and he created another booking. On reaching this newly booked hotel. They said we can offer you a room at 2500. And not a penny less. Regarding the amount which I already paid to oyo, they said kindly ask oyo to refund the amount.
At around 5 pm in haridwar i had no where to go except for accepting all theirterms.
Pathetic service, pathetic hospitality
