In flipkart I order on 20 jan 2022, order id- OD223951919483429000 for Noise colorFit pro 3 smart watch (rose pink) but on 22 jan product deliver with green color, I raise this issue.On this flipkart customer care raise and create return id many times but due to technical reason every times (approx 5 times) all are cancelled. Every time I call to customer care and senior section they always told us mann next time it will solved but still my problem same till now. And for your kind information I have raise request for this and request cancel reason was always”technical issue” by your end, that’s why each time your executive reopen it and I raised refund for my missing product.
So please go through and check it again the problem and my account locking should again be turned to open and need refund of product .
I have given all related documents and I am not a bit wrong at my side
Do needful ASAP.
