Since 4/6/20 to 15/7/20 the renowned airtel co. Unnecessarily harassed me as a existing customer from 9 yrs. I have take a broadband service from airtel & make a payment regularly in every month. But last two months I have paid on 4/6/20 for the month of may bill & 7/7/20 for the month of junr bill . But they reverse the bill as on 25/6/20 & 13/7/20 without any reason and ask me by phone please pay outstanding amount . I did not received for rs. 824/- for each month. I told to customer care & mail to many letter to customer care. One officer told me that it will be refund your money within 3 days .but 30 days gone I have no anything from airtel. I am humble requistng to you to give a proper advice to take my payment as soon as possible .
