I have ordered two lehangas worth 2299 and 2799 Rs each on 11th and 13th oct 2022 from kalistaethics website, I received both my orders on 17th of oct, paid the amount digitally, but one piece of lehenga is missing and they did not look like the picture that was shown on the website, fabric of low quality. In short, the description of lehangas given on website does not match in real. The customer care no. given on their website is always switched off. I contacted them via whatsApp, but they said wait for 24 hrs, ever since I am trying to contact them through whatsApp Or Instagram, but I do not get any reply from them.

Same has happened with me last week
They have blocked my number and not responding for refund
Asked me to wait for 24 hours and then blocked my number
They are not responding for my calls messages and blocked me from whatapp and calls
They have cheap quality product and scamming people
