I am writing this to lodge a complaint against Jio fibre as well as the worst service provided by this company.
it’s been more than 20 days since I lodged a complaint for my jio fiber which is not working. Only Red Light keeps on blinking.
Moreover multiple times mailed on different mail ID and customer care and they provided me a SR number and nothing happened afterwards. I want my recharge Amount back or extended it after resolve this issue.
