I got Jio Fiber installed on 16th February 2025, and from the very next day, I have been facing internet issues with their Wi-Fi. I have raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but the issue has not been resolved to this day. I have even raised a complaint today, but they have been unable to provide a solution.
They have performed troubleshooting online multiple times, and engineers have also visited my home several times. They have reset the router many times and even replaced it twice, but the problem remains unresolved. They even contacted their company and confirmed that the issue is not with the Wi-Fi device. However, even after knowing this, they have not provided a solution.
I have been facing this issue since the second day of installation. The problem is that the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting continuously on all connected devices, and I have to enter the password repeatedly to reconnect. Many times, it even shows the password as incorrect.
Now, I want a solution where this setup is completely removed, I get a full refund, and I receive compensation for the trouble I have faced for over a month.
