I have ordered clothing from this site and it’s a prepaid order. But now no-one is replying our messages or mails. Moreover there is no confirmation mail regarding this. We need a refund.

I ordered online clothes from website popped up on Facebook named instylehere of worth ruppes 1299 through debit card
Today when I went to track my order I didn’t get any website so I called customer care number as

They all told to download anydesk remote control app in which all mobile data gets transferred but I didn’t do so
Also they asked my share my all bank details including account no. CVV no. Evrything
Kindly help
