This side RAHUL KUMAR, my loan had been closed around one month ago but i didn’t received my property papers. I tried to contact many executives of your company (Vaishali branch, ghaziabad) and also visit branch. Neither any executive help me in branch nor on call. This is unexpected from a big group like you. They are very very irresponsible for their duty because i request and discuss my urgency for papers but they ignored me till now. There was promised to give my property documents within 15 working days but no one caring about it.
