i had paid the amount of 8500 to merchant on 3 dec 2021 but the transaction got failed and my money got debited from my account.since it has been 8 month they had not refunded my money back till now. whenever i call them they say that my complaint is gone to npci..they are working on it…..8 month is long time and the amount is also big…pls do something to get my refund back
