Dear team I booked my airline ticket through Flipkart with booking I’d – 220303360814 … The flight delay by airline but no alternative provide to me .. when I asked for refund they said ur travel agent was responsible for all & they should arrange some alternative for you … But both airline & Flipkart travel refuses to listen my concern … I paid a huge amount for my ticket .. Please help me I worried since 3 days .. no one is try to help …

Flight delays are completely handled by the Airlines., The travel agent has nothing to do with delays anYd cancellations by the airlines. wonder which airline refused to resolve the issue for you ?. since you never mentioned the airline name. You could also file your grievance online with the Ministry of Aviation regarding this. How long was the delay for ?, were you a noshow for the revised flight?
