I had placed an online order of an air condition from flipkart on march 14 but the order never got delivered to my address. It has been sent to my nearest courier company but they never delivered to me.
Flipkart doesn’t know all of this when I called flipkart on march 20 and asked them about my order they said it should be delivered by 25 march and meanwhile my order was prepared to sent back to the seller. So from the 1 April I am trying to cancel this order as it went back to the seller I had called flipkart for 5 times to cancel the order but they did not canceling to refund my money
