I had ordered few groceries from ‘Dmart ready’ app. (Order no 82794457) Online Transaction done through UPI payment app from SBI bank. Amount of Rs 5101/- has been debited from my SBI account and shows that payment done to avenueecom.bd@icici. but still ‘Dmart ready’ app shows payment has failed as they have not received payment. UPI app notification showing that Payment is done to avenueecom.bd@icici (UPI ref ID 233122603856) is attached herewith for your reference.
Trying to contact Dmart as well as bill desk but not traceable and not getting full proof answer .
Request you to please help me get refund of my money as soon as possible.
