Text of Complaint by RAMESH CHANDER MANKWAL:

So may times harassment/torture/ coercion, forceful pressure to deposit money , using highly objectionable language, while pay home visit by kotak employees and their Recovery Agents
Without Home visit Letter,without DRA certificate.violation of RBI master guidelines both by bank employees and Recovery Agents.
