This message is regarding my order i.e. of order no # 405-1120830-3613934 on Iphone 11 which I had put on 17th Oct 2020. It was to be exchanged with my old Iphone 6. But when the delivery boy came to pick up and deliver today on 19 oct 2020,
he told me about a new policy as how I would have to login into my Amazon account via my old phone & punch the password overthere to complete the process. I did the same as per his instructions but I didn’t receive any link in my AMAZON account where I could punch the password to complete the password. I asked him to come later when
this problem is resolved from their end & deliver me phone some other time. But then I found out as how he himself cancelled the order. Now my first question is-DOES DELIVERY BOY
HAS AUTHORITY TO CANCEL THE ORDER? And then I made a desperate call to costomer care to look into the matter. And I even took the delivery boy on confrence call with Amazon
executive & executive even instructed delivery boy to talk to his manager and make the delivery which delivery boy promised. But nothing happened. I kept on calling delivery boy and
he kept giving me promises to deliver the order but didnt turn up even till evening. Meanwhile I made 2-3 calls to costomer care as well & they even promised to look into the matter
and resolve it. But then finally when I called the delivery boy in the evening time, he refused to deliver the order. And he even bluntly told me that he had cancelled the order and if I need the product,
I made a new order. And then again I talked to customer care but even they refused to help in any way. They plainly advised me to make the new order. Now plz tell me, who will bear the burnt of
benefits which I was supposed to get in the previous order no 405-1120830-3613934 as product’s price has escalated and even credit card discount is not there now? I called 4-5 times in
customer care but no could help whereas a delivery boy cancelled my order on his whim. I am prime member of company. I am regular customer. And if regular customer like me is being
treated in such way, then what with ordinary customers. I am very disappointed with handling of this matter. My whole day was wasted & I was mentally exhausted and no one could do nothing. We customers purchase
from Amazon but you people leave us on mercy of these sellers and delivery boys. I have reported this issue to escalation team but they plainly refused. I want matter to be looked into &
resolved.
