i have purchased sofa cum bed from amazon online shopping.i received parcels,but after open i saw that the product was fully changed,like a size,material,colour,quality.than i have requested for return the meterial,than return request successfully done,but 4-5 day no have any body take tha return,than i contact to amazon customer care, Then it came to the knowledge that you need to go self ship,than i goto parcel shop and parcel send to amazon adress.after some time i am again contact to amazon customer care,and told about self ship,than costumer care say me that will you send tracking ID and proof of delivery.than i take tracking id and proof of delivery,and send to amazon email-id.but till date i didn’t not gate my refund amount and also self ship charge.
so i requested me refund amount and also self ship charge amount.
