Dear Sir,
My name is naga kumara swamy Recently I have ordered eAirtec 61 cm (24 inches) Smart Tv in Amazon. I ordered for smart features
ORDER # 406-8947502-9977942
but i got only normal tv (there is no any smart tv features)
and i have also enquired about this tv at the Time of Placing Order but Amazon Customer care also confirmed that this tv was SMART TV
i approached Amazon Customer Team they also agreed that they gave me wrong information but they didn’t accept to Refund that TV
I Completely lost my money with there worsts Customer service
