Text of Complaint by Raman:

Amazon has lower down its standards now . THE CUSTOMER CARE IS SO POOR AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE TIME OF THE CUSTOMER . I BOUGHT A VINTAGE WATCH WHICH THEY HAVE SENT TWICE BUT BROKEN BOTH THE TIMES . I KEPT REQUESTING THEM FOR THE REFUND .After a Month When I did not receive my refund, I called them and one agent who was rude on the call advised that cheque had been sent after waiting for 15 days upon calling them they told cheque had been cancelled and I have to wait for 10 days more … Another agent said I will get the gift card…
Amazon is not willing to pay my money
I want the compensation to be given as wellk
