Sir I am using airtel postpaid sim they send me bill on April there is mistake in these so I ask for explaination on it before bill payment due date but they did not resolve it on compalint on airtel app , email , customer care they didn’t resolve it .On talking to customer care I said please resolve my problem I clear the bill but they said these is not possible in these lockdown period . They finally stopped my services and now sending double bill and included late fees charges and other charges in it. Please resolve the problem i am sending screen shot of complain
