i paid 4000 to airtel in Oct for a broadband plus dth plan for 6 months.Now in 4 months they suspended my account and putting 1066 rs extra charges as bill. Customer care not bothered and no resolution provided. They changed the plan to 4 months themselves and blaming the installation guy. After paying 4000, my services are suspended.
