I have sim card(post paid) of airtel in which one no. 5924102 with name #FunZone has been added as the first of all contacts. I suspect that my Little child 04 years at home often opens it and dial tthis number accidently which is charged @Rs.5 per minute due to this our bill is increased by around 4500 in January 2022, Feb 2022 and March 2022 . We tried to delete this no.many times but could not . I told many times the airtel company agents who contacted for bill payments but they are just saying this is an international call. I can not do anything. As a consumer what should I do. It seems that this is a fraud/scam either by Airtel or Nokia company.
It is therefore requested to do the needful in this regard at earliest so that we may not suffer so more financial loss in this regard.
