Text of Complaint by BORNALI DUTTA:

Earlier faced the same problem with VIDEOCON D2H that while tried to recharge my account with specific amount which is Rs.100/- via Net banking there was the Option of SBI WAS not there.Then after writing and communicating with them they added the SBI Option now again the problem arises.
