I have applied for a loan of 20000/-Rs with AG Loan App, where by providing all details like My Job Profile, aadhar , pan and few references of my near and dear. But, without any loan agreement, they have directly credited 4406 /- into my bank account late night stating u have been granted loan amount of Rs.8010 , out of which 4406 rs has been sanctioned amount and the rest amount 3604 Rs as procesing fees.
The next day morning i tried to contact them where they haven’t provided any customer care number nor email id. By google i came to know their contact numbers(mobile)
Vinod Kumar(9491604102) and this guy has given me a UPI Id where i have refunded the credited amount and from other day some other people numbers from these numbers 9544593744,9953084322 I’m getting harassment call and text messages on whatsapp and they are using bad words.
They are blackmailing me saying that they will inform my friends , relative and near and dear. any how, i’m not scared for these false allegations. I asked them to send their address or even can send their recovery representatives so that i can catch them red handed.
A last line to add, when i tried paying their deposited amount, the UPI I always changes.
