During the processing of AG loan App, the AG loan app says you will get Rs 5000/- and you have to pay Rs 5455/- (service charge Rs 0 and Interset Rs 455/-) (Screen Shot available). But after data input, they transferred Rs 3500/- to the account. Then I smell some fraud. Immediately I wanted to reverse the amount, but the App says you have to pay Rs 6010/-. The due date is given 6 days, the service charges mentioned is Rs 2500/-, without any GST etc.
How this is possible. There is big fraud going on through instant loan app. Many are even not registered with RBI. How these apps are featuring in Google Play Store. Google and RBI should review and block these apps, so that common public is not cheated.
One day before due date, they contacted through Whatsapp (mobile number is 9047962889) citing big offer. On responding that you are making fool by charging heavy charges, they are threatening to block the pan card, aadhaar card, posting obscene photo on social media etc. They even posted another obscene photo on my whatsapp. They even shared on whatsapp all the contact details of my Phone threatening to contact everyone.
I am ready to pay the amount they transferred (Rs 3500/-) along with what they have shown as interest initially i.e Rs 455/-. But they are insisting on Rs 6010/-. Further, they threatened to add extra 65% penalty charges.
