I have oppo reno 5 pro which is 2 years old and after the software update green lines have appeared across the screen. Contacted service center and they admitted its their mistake but refused to replace the screen free of cost since my phone is 2.5 years old. Asked 15k to replace the screen and that too because of their mistake.
Am very disappointed this type of service …
