Hi,
I have purchased the POCO X2 Mobile phone through Flipkart on 22nd July 2020, on October 2021 last week, they have released the latest version MIUI 15.3.0, from there it started problems with my mobile phone, after 1 week my camera not working, SIM 2 not showing, fingerprint not working, and now the touch is not working.
I have submitted it to the POCO service center at the BSK 3rd Stage Smart care electro services, they have informed that free services has been rejected from POCO, but when i have called to poco service centre they were confirmed that it has been approved for free service, but service centre they were asking for money for servicing.
They were not providing any documents about rejection and approval from both end.
