Text of Complaint by Rachit Jaiswal:

I had paid ₹ 548 using by indusind net banking account to my Airtel wallet number 9872366557, but have not got any Airtel money. It is still showing zero. PayU money processed the amount from my bank, but didn’t uploaded to my Airtel wallet.

Kindly upload the processed amount to my Airtel wallet or refund my money back to my account.

  1. Hi! This is a successful transaction via PayU Payment Id – 9939673971 at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
