This is to inform you that I have submitted complaints so many times for Unable to use mobile data or make calls ( Indoor & Outdoor both ) but, yet not received any resolution form Airtel’s end.
It’s a complete partiality by Airtel that when my family member was using Airtel Postpaid & raised a complaint against the same, then one of your Technician visited and fixed the same issue. And now when we are not using Airtel Postpaid our issue is being neglected by Airtel.
It is a kind request that Please look into this matter as this is a very Serious issue for me that I am Unable to use my Mobile Network for Indoor & Outdoor Both.
1. No Mobile network is available for Indoor, Hence no calls & no Internet as well.
2. Ultra slow Mobile internet & call drop with voice break during call is in Outdoor Network.
I must say that Airtel is doing a very good job to improvise network quality and customer support. Please let me know what would be my reaction to this as i am not getting any support from Airtel Customer support or can’t use mobile network.
Do i need to Upgrade to Airtel Postpaid for getting Airtel Customer support or to make smooth calls? Postpaid users are not Eligible for any of these? even to make calls? as i have to walk 0.2 KM to get into the network zone & make calls.
Please let me know.
