At first I have bought one hot plate from Napptol. Within 2 months it was not working and we complaint against it. They came and took it from my home. One executive of Napptol called me and tell that they will replace it within 1 week. After few days one call came to me and gave one voucher number and told they can’t send the hot plate. Instead of that I can take another product from Napptol and can redeem the price of hot plate which I paid. But from that time they take the order from my end and never send any product. I called so many times and they were promising to deliver. But never it happens. So I have loose my money 1299 Rs. Please help me to get this. They have created with me.
