On 08/01/2023 I pay for my degree certificate receiving amount of Rs. 500 on official website of JP University Chapra but once the date of receiving document comes nearer it show payment status failed and University not agree to get my Degree certificate and also disagree to Payment which is doner my even I have all the receiving evidence. Please help me. What can I do? I need my document urgently.
