7 month back i bought a TCL TV until recently I found myself experience some problem in my TV so I called the customer care several times and every time they told me that technician will come and visit my home but its never happend , when i asked for the number of technician they gave me wrong numbers of people who has nothing to do with tcl . This company is a scam who does not treat their castomers right . even with my waranty card i am not getting any help from this company.
