I have a product from amazfit which i received as a gift.now it’s broken and I want to get it repaired. I contacted amazfit customer care that it is a gift i don’t have any receipt for that I asked them I am ready to pay for that as product is not in warranty still they are telling they would require a receipt .
It’s a simple thing if I have a product they don’t have any service centre and even I am ready to pay they are denying for repair where should I go to get it repaired
