after a recent software update on 28 Sept my phone got stuck on boot page as I was attending my online class and I had a test on the same day and nearest service centre is 32+ km away from my house so I decided to go next day on 29 Sept and I went there and there they were no transparency and their activity was suspicious as earlier my phone was to go till boot page but after service visit, it is not able to get that way too. they said that motherboard needed to be changed as it was clearly visible it’s a software issue which came by the recent software update, I request the company to get it repaired by themselves as on the last date of warranty it got stuck and since it got that by 3-4 pm so I was not able to go to service centre as live in a village so the company needs to replace the part which they think is required and I’m not gonna pay anything as it was under warranty.
