I have taken a loan from Mpokket and contacted them through the mail for a waiver in interest rate. And their collection agent contacted me through WhatsApp with a screenshot of the mail which I had sent to their official mail ID and said if i pay 21000rs they will close my loan and will share the NOC immediately. and I made the payment of 21000 RS to their UPI ID. After making the payment there is no response from their end and the next day onwards I’m getting calls from Mpokket for repayment and I already informed made payment to your collection agent and shared the screenshot through their official mail ID. still there is no positive update from Mpokket. in parallel, I filed a complaint in the national cybercrime portal.
