Text of Complaint by Nirmal Kumar Banerjee:

On 25.2.2019,I recharged Rs.200 on a wrong ID no. that is 12349754612, whereas my actual ID no. is 1234975462.I recharged Rs.200 again on my correct ID no. on the same date,but then also my TV was not recharged.I contacted the customer care no. and they assured that my total Rs.400 will be given in my account.Today is 27.2.2019,but still now my TV is not recharged.
Kindly,take actions about this matter.
