I am a old customer of Airtel DTH service. Authentic Mobile Number 9825352923. According to TRAI customer have to choose plan. We called customer care at that time in the month of February 2019. They replied that there is no difference in system. After some time call came from Airtel customer to recharge with threaten language to shut down my service. We recharged according to our channels plan but they did not follow our channel plan means we could not see our planned channel. We tried to contact customer care many time but they did not respond. So we stop again to recharge because we are not getting our decided plan and wasting our money every month. Not a single response from customer care. Is there fine procedure for them ?
