Sir/mam i would like inform that i recharge on my airtel prepaid no-8018602800 @199 pack as on 31/08/2024 till same issue exist,already issue raise to airtel excutive but replied only restart your mobile (general statement).after that transfer to team leader Pujarani Jena not solve my problem.
