Dear  Airtel Digital Team

 

After recharge my Digital Tv connection 3007982447 services still resume and Your company deduct my balance without providing services.and Your third class customer service never responded…

 

From last three days I m trying you number always said due to covid 19 our less customers service plz use Airtel thanks app..it’s pathic app…no use …I log a complain automatically closwd

 

I already cancel my one Digital connection ..I think this is my mistake why not cancel both the digital tv .

Your competitor JIo gives best services during full lockdown..On single call they gives answer .even they have Jio app but customer service are osm..

Team plz solve this query. Asap
