I have recharged 21st Dec-2022 with 719 rs but after that my 4G internet speed changed to 2G. I tried all settings which is suggested by airtel but issue still not resolved. My wife also using Airtel sim for internet she is not facing issue, that means no issue with coverage. Even I put my sim card in my wife mobile but still I am getting 2G speed that means no issue in mobile/settings.
I raised complaint C4GSP3WST20211225575957 but no resolution. I contacted customer care but help received.
Kindly resolve my issue on priority. You can check my data usage from 21st dec 22, i am not able to use any internet.
