Dear Sir,
Myself Sudipta Roy using airtel app from a long time and i never dissatisfied but today at morning i recharged my aunt’s mob(8116395488) no. from my airtel app and 145 rupees already deducted from my account but my aunt didn’t got that balance.that time i called customer care no. but due to system up gradation they were not to able to inform me about my last transaction /recharge details. so, due to urgency i again tried to recharge the same amount and that recharging process completed and my aunt got that”145 rupees” balance but this time also 145 rupees deducted. and still now the first deduction of 145 rupees didn’t refunded to my account. So, please do needful.
