We are facing internet is not coming (regularly it’s connecting and disconnecting automatically), once raising the tickets, they are not even trying to close the issue but they are closing the tickets related issues every time.

Same is the issue with me. I raised 4 tickets and multiple calls. Even 5-6 Tweets. No resolution and it’s just not acceptable. Internet is still not working and the data usage is showing in hathway portal is showing incorrect data.
