Dear Concern,
Writing this mail for My Mobile number 9969957532.
I raised an query regarding network issue in the month of 06th April 2019 but no solution received when i last interacted with Miss Palak on 07th May 2019. Till date again i didnot received any updates on my problem.
I informed Airtel team via call and via mail that i am not going to pay bill claimed by you as i didnot received proper service. in reply Airtel team is keep saying that i have to wait they dont give any time for solution of my problem and forcing me to pay the bill else they are going to stop my service.
Kindly lookinto the same.
Also i am going to highlight the same issue to public that Airtel is charging wrong bill forcefully via threatening that you have no choice pay bill or we shut down your number.
