Sir/mam,
I did my recharge on 9th of January 2021 but now I m unable to place my calls as it’s showing my balance is 0.i don’t know why it happened.
After doing recharge on 9th January at 10.41 p.m., I m not able to make my calls or send msgs on 9th Jan! Kindly fix my problem asap. there was not even a single der msg.. N how could my balance got 0 without any usage!
