I have placed an order today for a single piece of foldable aluminium ladder manufactured by Bathla (advanced 5 step), successfull transaction was made and Rs. 2999.00/- was debited from my bank account and invoice bill also received and I was informed that the item will be delivered to my address on 11th may, 2021. But after few hours I have received a message from amazon that transaction is failed and kindly go for COD without any extra charge, I was extremely astonished and at hit of the moment I confirmed to COD at the provided link, amazon again messaged me that I will be notified after successful placement of order, thereafter I inspected that whether the organization has refunded my money or not, hence I collected a mini statement from bank, and I once again astonished that the amount in not refunded to my bank account at all! Now, my question is whether I will pay two times for a single item? My request is either deliver my ordered product or refund my money, I will never pay cash once again to your delivery person at the time of item delivery, I will retain my proof of successfull transaction i.e. the mini statement from my bank.
